The Four Tabs
🖨 Queue
Shows active orders with units still to complete. Cards move automatically to Ready for Pickup. Sorted oldest order first.
✅ Ready for Pickup
Shows every color with printed units waiting for you. The number between the swatches and color name is how many are ready. Set Pickup Date is here — not in the queue. Tab label shows live count e.g. ✅ Ready (5).
📦 Pickup History
Permanent log of every pickup, grouped by date. Tap a group to expand. Shows color, units picked up, order date, and payment status. Payment history is preserved here even after an order is removed from the queue.
💰 Payments
Full payment log across all colors — active and picked-up orders combined into one row per color. Shows each payment with date, amount, and units paid for. Displays total due, paid, and balance. Payments survive pickup and queue removal.
Managing Orders
➕ Adding an Order
Tap + Add Order on the Queue tab. Fill in base color, font color, size (Small or Large), quantity, order date, and an optional note. Your name auto-fills. A 👤 Added By chip on the card shows who placed it.
📝 Notes
Every order has an optional notes field. Add a note when placing the order, or tap 📝 Note on any card to add or edit one later. Notes show as a chip on the card — tap the chip to edit.
✎ Editing Quantity
Tap the pencil icon (✎) on any card to change the total quantity. The Done counter adjusts automatically if the new number is lower than units already completed.
⏱ Estimated Completion
Once printing begins, each card shows an ⏱ Est. MM/DD at H:MM AM/PM chip — useful for planning. The estimate is based on actual print speed for that specific color and updates live as more units are completed.
📦 Setting a Pickup Date
Go to the Ready for Pickup tab and tap 📦 Set Pickup Date on a color. Enter the date and how many units were picked up. Full pickup today removes the card entirely. Partial pickup logs to history and keeps remaining units in queue.
Payments
💵 Logging a Payment
Tap 💵 Add Payment on any card. The amount auto-fills to the remaining balance — one tap for a full payment. Partial payments are fully supported and each is logged with date and amount. When fully paid, the card shows 💰 Paid in Full.
📊 Exporting
Tap ↓ Export to download a CSV with all order details — price per unit, total due, total paid, balance, dates, and payment status. Opens directly in Excel or Google Sheets.
